By using the Service, you represent and warrant that:

• You have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate this requirement.

2.Description of Service

VeraApp is an AI-powered interview practice platform that allows users to:

• Submit written interview responses
• Receive AI-generated feedback
• Receive AI-generated scoring
• Review transcripts and performance insights

The Service is provided for educational and self-improvement purposes only.

3.AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

VeraApp uses artificial intelligence services provided by third-party providers, including OpenAI.

You acknowledge and agree that:

• AI-generated feedback may not be accurate, complete, or suitable for all situations.
• AI output is informational only and should not be relied upon as professional advice.
• We do not guarantee job placement, hiring outcomes, or performance improvements.

You use AI-generated content at your own discretion and risk.

4.Account Registration

To use the Service, you must:

• Provide a valid email address
• Authenticate using a One-Time Password (OTP)

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account access.

You agree not to:

• Share your account
• Attempt unauthorized access to other accounts
• Use automated systems to access the Service

5.User Content

You retain ownership of the content you submit (including interview responses).

By submitting content, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to:

• Process your content
• Transmit it to AI providers for analysis
• Store it for the purpose of providing the Service

You agree not to submit content that:

• Is unlawful, defamatory, abusive, or harmful
• Infringes intellectual property rights
• Contains malware or malicious code

We reserve the right to remove content that violates these Terms.

6.Subscription & Payments

Premium features may require a paid subscription.

Payments are processed exclusively through:

• Apple In-App Purchases
• Google Play Billing

Subscription management, cancellations, and refunds are governed by Apple or Google’s policies.

We do not control third-party payment processing policies.

7.Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in the Service, including software, design, branding, AI scoring logic, and interface elements are owned by Aether Solutions or its licensors.

You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, resell, or distribute any part of the Service without written permission.

8.Prohibited Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for unlawful purposes
• Attempt to reverse engineer AI prompts or system architecture
• Abuse system resources
• Circumvent subscription mechanisms
• Interfere with service security

Violation may result in account suspension or termination.

9.Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if:

• You violate these Terms
• You engage in abusive behavior
• You attempt fraud or system manipulation

You may delete your account at any time.

Upon deletion, your stored data will be removed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

10.Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE.”

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, including:

• Merchantability
• Fitness for a particular purpose
• Non-infringement
• Accuracy of AI-generated content
• Continuous availability

We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

11.Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

Aether Solutions shall not be liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Loss of employment opportunities
• Loss of data
• Business interruption
• Emotional distress
• Reliance on AI-generated feedback

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the preceding 12 months.

12.Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Aether Solutions from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from:

• Your use of the Service
• Your submitted content
• Violation of these Terms

13.International Use

The Service is operated from the United Arab Emirates but may be accessed worldwide.

You are responsible for compliance with local laws in your jurisdiction.

14.Modifications to the Service

We reserve the right to:

• Modify features
• Add or remove functionality
• Discontinue parts of the Service
• Update AI providers

We may update these Terms periodically.

Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance.

15.Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the United Arab Emirates.
