We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors or people under the age of 18.

If we become aware that we have collected personal information from a minor under the age of 18, we will delete such information promptly.

3.1 Information You Provide

We collect:

• Email address (for authentication and account management)
• Interview practice responses (typed answers)
• Generated transcripts
• AI-generated feedback and scoring

We do not require your real name, phone number, or profile photo.

3.2 AI Processing of Interview Responses

VeraApp uses artificial intelligence services provided by OpenAI to analyze user responses and generate feedback and scoring.

When you submit interview responses:

• Your responses are transmitted securely to OpenAI for analysis.
• OpenAI processes the data solely to generate feedback.
• OpenAI API data retention is disabled.
• Your responses are not used to train AI models.

3.3 Automatically Collected Information

We may collect limited technical information such as:

• App version
• General device information (non-identifiable)
• Usage analytics

We use Google Analytics to understand aggregated usage trends.

We do not collect:

• Precise location data
• Contact lists
• Advertising identifiers
• Biometric identifiers

4.Account Authentication

Authentication is handled via:

• Email One-Time Password (OTP)

User accounts are stored securely using Supabase infrastructure.

5.Payments

Premium subscriptions are processed exclusively through:

• Apple In-App Purchases
• Google Play Billing

We do not collect or store payment card information.

• Generate AI-based scoring and feedback

• Supabase (database services)
• Google Cloud Run (application hosting)
• Cloudflare (network security and performance)
• Resend (transactional email delivery)
• Google Analytics (usage analytics)
• OpenAI (AI processing services)

All data is transmitted over encrypted HTTPS connections.

We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards.

8.Data Retention

We retain your data while your account remains active.

You may delete your account at any time.

Upon deletion, the following will be permanently removed from our systems, except where retention is required by law:

• Email address
• Interview responses
• Transcripts
• Scores

9.Data Deletion Requests

You may:

• Delete your account within the app (if enabled), or
• Email support@veraapp.ai to request deletion.

We will process verified deletion requests within a reasonable timeframe.

10.International Data Transfers

Your information may be processed and stored outside your country of residence, including in the United States and other jurisdictions where our service providers operate.

By using VeraApp, you consent to such transfers.
